What is a Success Page?
A Success Page is the full-screen digital page your users see immediately after they successfully complete and submit your Lumo. It serves as:
- Confirmation: Reassuring users that their submission was processed.
- Branding: An opportunity to maintain your brand's voice and visual identity.
- Engagement: A chance to offer next steps, such as visiting your website or social media.
Step-by-Step: Accessing and Designing Your Success Page
Design Your Page Using Content Blocks. This is where your creativity comes in! The Success Page is built exclusively using Content Blocks. This means you can integrate various elements to craft your message:
- Button: To provide clear next steps for your user.
- Rich Text: For thank-you messages, confirmation text, or brief instructions.
- Image: To include your logo, a celebratory graphic, or a relevant photo.
- Video: To embed a short thank you video or a quick product showcase.
You cannot add Field Blocks to the Success Page. This page is for displaying information and guiding users after submission, not for collecting further input.
Save Your Changes: After you've designed your custom Success Page, it's crucial to manually save your changes. Look for the "Save" button in your editor and click it.
Your Success Page becomes active as soon as it's saved. If your Lumo is already live, saved changes to this page will immediately reflect for users upon successful submission. Always ensure you're satisfied with the design before saving.
