פתרון בעיות
בעיות נפוצות בפרסום ה-Lumo שלך

You've put in the effort to build and design your Lumo, and now you're ready to publish it and get it out to your audience. However, sometimes you might encounter an issue preventing your Lumo from going live or remaining public. Understanding these common problems and their solutions can save you time and frustration.
This guide will walk you through the most frequent issues users face when publishing a Lumo and how to resolve them.
Why Can't My Lumo Be Published or Stay Public?
The most common reason a Lumo cannot be set to "Public" or reverts to "Draft" status is related to its content structure. LumoPages has a key requirement to ensure that only functional forms are published:
- Requirement: Your Lumo must contain at least one visible stage that includes at least one Field Block (like a Text field, Rating, Dropdown, etc.) that users can fill out.
This rule is in place to prevent publishing empty forms or forms that are purely static content but intended for data collection.
Common Publishing Issues and Their Solutions
Issue 1: "Cannot Publish: No Fillable Fields Found"
This is the most frequent message you might encounter when trying to set your Lumo to "Public."
Solution:
Publish Stages: Ensure that at least one stage containing a Field Block is set to "Published" (not "Hidden").
Issue 2: My Public Lumo Suddenly Went Back to "Draft" Status
This can be confusing if you didn't manually change the status.
Problem: This occurs when a Lumo was previously "Public," but you made changes that resulted in no visible stages having any fillable field blocks. This could happen if you:
- Deleted all Field Blocks from all your visible stages.
- Changed all stages containing Field Blocks from "Published" to "Hidden."
- Deleted all stages that contained Field Blocks.
Solution:
- Re-evaluate Your Lumo: Determine if you genuinely want it to collect data.
- Add/Unhide Field Blocks: Add new Field Blocks to a visible stage, or change the status of an existing stage with Field Blocks from "Hidden" to "Published."
- Re-save as Public: Once at least one Field Block is present in a visible stage, go back to "Project Settings" and try setting the "Publish Status" to "Public" again, then save.
Issue 3: "Project Name" or "Slug" is Missing/Invalid
While less common for publishing after initial setup, these fundamental settings can sometimes cause issues.
Solution:
- Check Project Settings: Navigate to "Project Settings."
- Provide a Name: Ensure the "Project Name" field is not empty.
- Validate Slug: Ensure the "Slug" field contains a valid, unique identifier (lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens only). If it's empty, type one in.
- Save: Save your project settings.
General Troubleshooting Tips for Publishing
- Preview First: Always use the "Preview Your Lumo" feature to thoroughly check your form's appearance and functionality before attempting to publish.
- Review Stage Statuses: Double-check that all intended stages are set to "Published" within their individual settings.
- Check for Empty Stages: Ensure that your Lumo isn't trying to publish a flow that leads to an empty or hidden stage.
- Save Your Work: Always manually save your Lumo after making any changes in the editor.
By understanding these common publishing issues and their straightforward solutions, you can ensure your Lumos are always live and ready to collect valuable data from your audience.
