Terms for User-Created Pages

These terms apply when you visit or submit information through a standalone page or form (“Lumo”) published by a Lumo Pages customer using our platform. They supplement any terms or policies presented by the page owner, but do not replace them.

1. Who operates this page?

The organization or individual who published this Lumo is responsible for its content, questions, and how they use responses. Lumo Pages provides the technology only. For questions about the specific page, contact the publisher using the contact options they provide.

2. Your use

You agree to provide accurate information where requested and not to misuse the page (including attempting to disrupt, scrape, or access data you are not authorized to view).

3. Prohibited submissions

Do not submit payment card numbers, full government ID numbers, passwords, or other highly sensitive data unless the publisher has clearly explained a lawful purpose and secure process. If in doubt, contact the publisher before submitting.

4. Intellectual property

Content on the Lumo (text, images, branding) belongs to the publisher or their licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without permission except as allowed by law.

5. Disclaimer

Lumo Pages does not endorse publisher content and is not liable for publisher decisions, omissions, or how they process your responses, except as required by our role as a processor under applicable privacy law.

6. Governing terms

Your relationship with Lumo Pages when you only use a publisher’s Lumo is primarily governed by our Privacy Policy (as it applies to respondents) and our main Terms of Service where relevant. Publisher-specific notices may also apply.
